Donna Distin - Managing Director
I opened Amberley Estates in May 2007 coming from a Banking background. I have learned so much during the last 5 years, surrounding myself with hugely experienced personnel, and have recently qualified for the NFOPP Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings & Property Management. I am very hands on and believe in treating people the way I would like to be treated. Customer care is of huge importance and I believe the key to success is making a good first impression, whilst maintaining good relations with ongoing clients.
Samantha Barnes - Sales Director
I started at Amberley Estates in August 2011 coming from a long and successful background in Media Sales. I have 10 years experience at taking clients through the sales cycle and worked through from telesales through to National account management. I recently joined Donna in the ownership and running of the business and I have never enjoyed a working environment as much as I have here. Collectively the entire team endeavour to maintain existing and new business to an exceptionally high standard and we have raised the bar in terms of estate agency in the area.
Helen Easlea - Valuer
I have 13 years experience in Estate Agency; starting my career as an administrator for a large independent agent in North Kent and swiftly moving onto become a Senior Negotiator and Valuer. My extensive knowledge expertly covers sales including sales progression and lettings including property maintenance.
Good customer care is paramount at Amberley Estates and I personally look to give all of our clients the best possible service.
Shewana Zaffar - Negotiator
I have been working for Amberley since September 2008. I have good knowledge of the local area, where I am currently a resident and pride myself on good customer service. I look to continually extend my knowledge of estate agency and am currently a fully subscribed member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents, having completed the NFOPP Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings & Property Management.
Wendy Brownlow – Property Management Co-Ordinator
I am presently working for Amberley Estates in the Letting Management Department, I deal with all matters relating to the extensive portfolio of properties we manage, co-ordinating between the tenant and landlord to ensure their properties are kept in good order.
I enjoy being part of the Amberley Estates team and aim to give a professional service.
Stevie Crook – Trainee Negotiator
I am new to Amberley and estate agency have learnt so much already. I am keen to learn and enjoy dealing with members of the public. I am hardworking, friendly and helpful. Amberley has a great team and I am looking forward to learning all I can from every member.
