Prior to occupying your new home, the following points should be dealt with to ensure the least amount of problems when moving. It is the tenant's responsibility to transfer the electricity, gas, water and council tax into their name/s. We can provide the relevant contact details as required.
An administration fee plus a referencing fee per person is required once you have found the property which suits your needs.
Tenants need to ensure that they arrange for the rent advance and deposit to be paid in cleared funds prior to the commencement date of the Tenancy Agreement. Payment made by personal cheque must be presented to Amberley Estates at least 5 working days prior to the start of the Tenancy Agreement. Cleared funds in the form of Bankers Draft or cash may be paid in at any time prior to the commencement date of the Tenancy Agreement.
Tenancy Deposits for properties managed by Amberley Estates are deposited with the Deposit Protection Service (please ask for full details). Details of this will be provided to you prior to the commencement of the tenancy.
